Rx Return Policy

Our Rx is Free Returns* and we even include a return label with every shipment

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to the warehouse for a full refund.  Returns must be unworn or unused and in the original state including any packaging they came in.  In order to provide the best purchasing experience, we feel customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping.  We will cover the specifics in a minute but if you need to return something, please don’t scale our Rx Returns Process, everyone should be able to get through this.  So let’s go through the details again:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the original purchase date.
  • Returns must be unworn or unused and in the original state including any packaging they came in.
  • Our Rx is Free Returns*.
  • All invoices have a prepaid return shipping label** on them.  Please use that to return the products. Please Fill out the Return and Exchange Form on the back of the invoice and include it with all orders. If you need one, please use this copy here. 
  • Once the return is received in our warehouse and inspected by our fulfillment staff (usually within 48 hours of receipt), a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.  Please note, we process the credit but due to varying credit card company and bank policies, it could take up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account. Credits over 45 days old may require the use of a bank check and may take 14 days for processing, if this is the case.

*For International orders, the customer must pay to ship the return back to us.

**Please note: with all prepaid labels the shipment must originate from the United States.

Rx Returns Process

So now that we understand our return policy, let’s go through the specifics of our Rx Returns Process.  It’s important that we follow these movements as they are designed to focus on efficiency and get the most desired results.

  • Locate the return and exchange form on the back of your original invoice. Fill that out completely.
  • Place the merchandise and return form in a shipping container (original preferable). Place the return label provided on the original invoice on the container and drop in the U.S. Mail
  • Once the return is received in our warehouse and inspected by our fulfillment staff (usually within 48 hours of receipt) a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.  Please note, we process the credit but due to varying credit card company and bank policies, it could take up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.

International Returns

If you live outside of the United States, you can return your products for up to 365 days. However, you are responsible for the return shipping.  Please contact us at help@wodsuperstore.com.
