Hand Rips During WOD

Hand rips in can be a real problem, especially during the OPEN.  

What we have learned is that there is not a one size fits all solution to the problem.  So many factors go into determining when and how bad your hands will rip that it's important to understand it may take some effort to find the right solution for you.

The best tip we have it to consistently manage your hands with a simple pumice stone and lotion to keep out the calluses and the skin soft.  The best time to do this is when your in the shower, towards the end when your hand will be softer from the water and humidity.
