Protein shakes are fast, easy and delicious! This one is from our friends at RealFit Foods.

It's called the King Kong and it will have you pounding your chest for more!

1/2 cup Almond Milk
1/2 cup Water
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup Ice
1 1/2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
