Many of us are guilty of an occasional Starbucks pick-me-up, especially after a grueling WOD or a long day at work. During the fall season, Pumpkin Spice Lattes are a huge hit, but can pack a lot of unnecessary calories. Instead, opt for a healthy Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie post-workout instead.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop SFH Pure Vanilla Protein 
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling) 
  • 1 shot of espresso 
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • Dash of pumpkin pie spice 
  • 1 cup of ice Blend all ingredients in blender
